Biography.
Mr. Sergiy Lysenko is a recognised expert in the field of administrative and information law, including information security. He is a Professor, Doctor of Law and Head of the Institute of Security at IAPM. As a member of the International Association for Information Systems Security in the United States, he is actively working on improving methods for assessing the effectiveness of information security, which is important for Ukraine's national security.
